Refund policy
At Spindrift Hawaii, each item is crafted with care, and many of our products are made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.
Cancellations
All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted, as production often begins shortly after your order is received.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it as needed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us at aloha@spindrifthawaii.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will make it right.
